How does billing work?
Billing is handled entirely through Shopify. When you upgrade, you'll confirm the subscription through your Shopify admin. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice.
Are there any transaction fees?
No. Never. Every plan is flat-rate with zero per-order or per-upload fees. Your costs are predictable.
What happens if I hit my upload limit mid-month?
New uploads will be blocked until your next billing cycle or you upgrade your plan. Your existing orders and downloads are unaffected. Purging old files frees disk space but doesn't reduce your current cycle's usage — your quota resets automatically when your billing cycle renews.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your files remain accessible until the new retention period applies.
What happens when I uninstall?
Your billing is cancelled immediately. Files are retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted. You can reinstall anytime during that window.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan itself is your trial. Use it as long as you need, then upgrade when your volume demands it.
